1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small piece of text that a website asks a browser to store. When the browser returns to the same site, the stored value can help maintain a session, remember a preference, measure activity or support advertising. Some cookies disappear when the browser closes; others remain until their expiry date or until the user deletes them.

2. Cookies used on this site
At the date shown above, play-fairgo.com does not intentionally set:
- analytics cookies used to count or profile visitors;
- advertising cookies used for targeted marketing;
- social-media tracking cookies;
- preference cookies used to remember personal settings;
- casino login, cashier or gambling-session cookies.
The site does not load Google Fonts, external content-delivery scripts, third-party tag managers or embedded casino software. Pages are designed to work without a visitor account or persistent browser identifier.
3. The responsible-play widget
The small responsible-play widget in the lower corner uses page-level browser state while the page is open so it can expand, minimise or close. The current implementation does not write that choice to a persistent cookie or to local storage. Reloading the page starts a new page session.
4. Server logs are not cookies
A website can operate without setting a cookie and still create basic delivery records. Hosting and security systems may record an IP address, request time, browser information, requested URL, response status and diagnostic details. These server records are separate from files stored in your browser.

5. Affiliate links and referral parameters
Some links on this site are affiliate links. The address may include a referral parameter so the destination can identify the source of a visit and determine whether a commission is due. A parameter in a link is not itself a cookie stored by this site.
After you open the destination, that external website may set its own cookies, use tracking technologies or ask for consent. We do not control those tools and cannot change their settings for you. Read the destination’s cookie and privacy notices before registering, depositing or sending personal information.
6. External support and information websites
The Responsible Gambling guide links to counselling, self-exclusion, financial-help and emergency resources. Those links open separate websites with their own operational and privacy needs. An external support service may use essential cookies for security, chat or accessibility and may describe additional technologies in its policy.
7. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies. Controls are usually found under Privacy, Site Data, Cookies or Tracking Protection in browser settings. You may be able to:
- delete cookies for one site or for all sites;
- block third-party cookies;
- clear site data when the browser closes;
- use private browsing for a temporary session;

Blocking cookies can affect external websites that need them for login, fraud prevention, age checks, account security or payment flows. Changing browser settings does not close a casino account or activate self-exclusion.
8. No cookie consent banner at present
Consent requirements depend on the technology used, the information handled and the law that applies. Because this site does not currently deploy non-essential cookies or third-party behavioural tracking, a large consent banner would offer a choice about tools that are not present.
If non-essential analytics, advertising, embedded media or persistent preference storage is introduced later, we will review the change before deployment. Where required, visitors will receive clear information and an appropriate choice before the relevant technology is used.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may change when browser technology, site features, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published here with a revised update date. Material changes to tracking practices should be reflected in both this document and the Privacy Policy.
